RVCB Systems Upgrade coming early 2021

River Valley Community Bank is excited to announce that we will be going through an upgrade to our core processing and technology systems! This is an exciting change for you, as it will greatly improve your banking experience. RVCB will be undergoing a major technology upgrade to carry our mission of providing our customers with progressive financial services. This technology upgrade will provide state-of-the-art systems to enhance the services and products we offer to our valued customers. Our technology upgrade will include Consumer Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Online Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and ACH services. These upgrades are scheduled to take place early 2021.
It is important to RVCB that this transition is a smooth one for you, our valued customer, which is why we will be providing a lot of communication in our branches, mail, email, and on our website. Coming soon, RVCB will have more details about what will be changing and what you can do to prepare for the upgrade.
